Didnt start out too well i had expected job to take a few hours and at 4.45pm called for progress.
Was told it would not be finished in time and that a new driveshaft had been ordered with no authorisation from myself.
I was told wouldnt be back until lunchtime on Monday putting my customers jobs on hold.
I explained this and also that driveshaft falls under my warranty so not to replace.
6PM my truck arrived back which was a nice suprise and they must have worked a little late to get me it back same day so they turned around my experience from what started out ropey.

2nd time using click mechanic and was with the same garage from the 1st job. Great work. Convenient. Quick. Arrived when they said they would dropped off vehicle few hours later . Had 2 front brake and disc replacements and new starter motor .. van drives like a dream again thanks to these guys .. Will defo keep coming back and c9nsider booking directly .

Exceptional service. The repair to my car looks fantastic. I'm pleased that my pre-sets were not altered, radio station, mirrors, seat, etc. The car was returned to me ready for me to get in and drive away—many thanks to Crown Garage Services, Bristol.

These guys were great! Obviously busy! But friendly and really tried to accommodate us in a very short time. Miracle workers! I would recommend them but try not to be in a rush.

Great service, arrived on time and though there was a delay with parts arriving, the garage did a great job. They rectified an additional fault which had caused the original issue, and we're friendly and knowledgeable when explaining.
