“Paul was amazing. I ordered parts after kwik fit diagnosed the problem. Paul offered to just check to make sure it was the correct diagnosis and I am so glad he did! He found it wasn’t the issue at all, then further checked by taking the wheel off, even when he didn’t have to. He realised the problem, fixed it immediately and saved me so much money had he have not taken the time to look into the problem fully.
Genuinely very very helpful and i can’t thank Paul enough! Highly recommend and would 100% use again. Thank you again Paul for being so thorough!”
