Awful. Here for 5 minutes, did a superficial look. Misdiagnosed the problem, leading to me having hundreds of pounds worth of unnecessary work done. Really difficult to complain about it without having to enter into dialogue with the mechanic directly.

Jack was prompt courteous and efficient . There had been concerns about a part being available for the scheduled appointment so he contacted me in advance and had a solution at the ready! Totally happy with the service !
