Awful. Here for 5 minutes, did a superficial look. Misdiagnosed the problem, leading to me having hundreds of pounds worth of unnecessary work done. Really difficult to complain about it without having to enter into dialogue with the mechanic directly.

Your car track rod end was split on the boot.
For your mechanic to “ pull a face “ when you told him I think you need a new mechanic for using the wrong brake discs on your car originally I mean how stupid can someone be.
The issue was diagnosed correctly by myself.
