“the Mechanic came across on arrival as very friendly, understood the issue very quickly, he and his associate quickly investigated to see if there was any problem with the steering, quickly checked work I had previously carried and confirmed my view that there was minor wear in the column but no play in the response from steering wheel to wheels. He was also an MOT tester and confirmed there was nothing there that would cause any issue with an MOT. They did check everything with car on the ground and with the wheels raised up, checked lock to lock, no issue could be seen. He was Very professional, and knowledgeable and friendly.”
