“What an absolute gem of a mechanic.

Prior communication to let me know a rough eta the day before and was perfectly on time to.

Really friendly and easy to chat with and didn’t mind me watching, explain what he was doing and answering my questions (as I’m interested in learning my car)

Unfortunately my car was a bit awkward and definitely made him work but he kept smiling and joking with me throughout which was really appreciated as I was a bit concerned my car wouldn’t be able to be fixed but reassured me it was all okay.

He cleaned up the car parts and wiped away excess oil and grim for me on the parts so that if I go to work on it I wouldn’t get covered.

Cleared up outside fantastic and wouldn’t even notice he had been.

“Very happy with the work undertaken, quickly diagnosed where the AC was leaking from. Took the time to explain the issue & possible resolution. Really appreciated the honest assessment that fixing this leak and pressurising the system fully may result in other perished seals giving way (the car had previously been stood for 2-3 years with no pressure or lubricant in the system). Unfortunately this turned out to be the case, but it was my decision to proceed with the works, which had themselves been done to a high standard. AC was ice-cold on the hottest day of the year thus far when they had finished.”
