Work was completed and the result was a great success it was my thermostat that was causing the problem ,thankyou I am very happy with the work .problem is I have been charged for something that was not in the quote an extra £19 for something I am not familiar with with never heard of a thermostat kit difference,original parts were£65 but I’ve been charged £84 ,I’m confused about that ,but overall I’m satisfied my car is now operating correctly,thanks

Hi Roy, thank you for the kind review.
The extra charge was the difference in the price for a thermostat but with it being a pre quoted system that click mechanic use we are unable to edit parts and prices they have recommended. The part they had quoted for was not in stock and was not able to source one for this price in the time I had so I opted for another branded part which was just a slight increase in price. Hope you understand and apologies for the confusion caused on the invoice, if you have any issues in future please reach out to us as you do have 12 months warranty for this repair 😊 many thanks Kieran .

Very happy with the garage and machine, worked carried out happy with would use again in future.
I booked this job online as should have been carried out on the drive for the Tuesday. But this was not the case, I had email to say would be Friday and that needed to be taken to garage half hour away. One the Friday I received a phone call to say that the part had not come but can get it for 3 o’clock but would cost 90 more. Which we agreed as need the car back.
So it’s actually cost £90 more.
They had taken payment the night before work was carried out.
Was very happy with the garage but abit disappointed with the issues we have had with clickmechanic.
