“Bogdan was nothing short of fantastic! He was bang on time for the appointment, and had everything with him for the job I'd booked. But, within literally 5 seconds of looking at the car he identified that the AA had misdiagnosed the issue, which meant he'd need to take my car away to do the repairs. He even gave me an indication of what the extra costs may be. Within a couple of hours he arranged for my car to be picked up and then kept me updated about progress and costs.

I was stunned to find out that all the work had been completed just 48 hours later and he was returning my car to me. When he arrived I test drove it, and it's never felt smoother. He also gave some advice about what to watch out for in future which I really appreciated.

Needless to say, I'll definitely be using Bogdan again for any future work that needs doing.”
