Skoda Octavia Electric window winder mechanism replacement - front (driver side)

Mechanic wasn't ready to change this window regulator, he hasn't got any trim removal tool( worked with screwdriver, couple of scratches left on a plastic panel) In order change this window regulator there should be another person who holds the window during this job or you need to have a window holder. I have helped him to manage this job

Punctuality you have given a 1 can i ask why that is? you do realise im a field mechanic and im out in the rain and mud plus it was dark and you couldn't even properly see.
All i asked of you was too slide the window down and up wen needed i didn't think this was much to ask for.
If you have a problem please can you put it into the resolution centre and we can sort this problem
