He did what he was there to do but didn’t explain what had been done or anything . Pleasant enough and as long as the job is well done I’m happy

Called to say he could arrive early if I was free, completed the job in less than an hour, identified some further work (which I already had an idea needed doing) and it's booked in for Monday. Superb.

Robert was good, he called to say he was running late , and once we met he talked about the car , explained what the diagnostic found fixing two options . Got a quote for further work pretty quick too.
