“I was purchasing a used car, but I couldn't go in person to inspect the car myself and I sought help from car mechanic. Booking an engineer for a pre-purchase check couldn't be any easier through their website. Engineer Bana was assigned for the task and I was able to talk to him ahead of what I was looking for. Bana reported at the inspection site on time and was able to do a complete analysis and sent me a report with photos and concerns. He kept me updated with every step of the process and was avilable on calls to answer my queries willingly and without any hesitation.
