Rhys arrived early and pinpointed the issue very quickly. As the problem was intermittent (thus hard to diagnose exactly), Rhys suggested that we start with the simpler (more cost effective) solutions first, using his contacts to source affordable parts. Minor issues like new bulbs he fixed there and then. I have used mobile mechanics several times in the past and would highly recommend Rhys. I plan to stick with this guy for any future needs. Matty did an excellent job . The hours of labour were significantly underestimated and he had to cancel his two other preplanned jobs to finish off the clutch on my Mercedes A160. The clutch was so badly worn out to the point it could have caused an 'explosion'! This demonstrated his professionalism and his work ethics for he could easily have rescheduled to come back at a later date to finish off but instead he cancelled the other 2 jobs to try to finish the clutch on my car. I really have to say I was really impressed with his committment . I will definitely recommend him.

Tim was great. He turned up on time and was very polite. He explained what he was going to do and then got on and fixed the clutch master cylinder on my VW golf. He did a great job. I will certainly book him if needed again.

Lied to me about destroying my engines dip stick after he trapped it on installation of the sump. I check my engine oil regularly so i know hes damaged it as it was all good before it went into the garage. when i rang him about it rather than just admitting to it he kept changing his story as to how it was damaged and even told me he had to remove the sump again after installing it as he couldnt remove it to refill my oil due to it being trapped but refuses to replace it. so now i cant check my oil level and have had to remove it as the end is crushed so thin that im nervous it will fall off into my engine. If he had just told me and replaced it there wouldnt of been a problem. Also missed my engine filler so badly that theres oil all down the front of my engine and now have had to spend alot of time cleaning it all up as theres puddles of oil under my vehicle.

All good, friendly service, diagnosed issue quickly. arrived between the times I was sent.

Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable quickly identifying and fixing the problem. He didn't just fix the problem but also explained how the problem arose, the possible outcomes and advised further steps to take to ensure the issue didn't happen again. Michael even provided pictures to provide to my garage mechanic(who may have been the cause of the problem) so that they can take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Aqil was punctual and very friendly. He called me when he was on his way to pick my car up, completed the job in a timely manner and called me again when he was ready to drop the car back to me.

Dan was spot on. He was later than expected due to unforseen event and communicated throughout. Will use him again.

Bogdan did a great a job. Prompt and efficient. Warned me up front that there could potentially be extra cost due to changing a part which often breaks. Fortunately it didn’t. Would recommend.
