Simon turned up on time both times and communicated arrival in advance. He fairly quickly diagnosed that the issue was the battery and that it needed replacing, and quoted for doing so. While it was perhaps a little more that I could have paid elsewhere I went with it for the convenience of Simon coming to me and saving me the hassle and cost of getting the car to a garage. The positioning of the battery makes it difficult for a non-mechanic to change it. Simon also offered the option of a cheaper or more expensive, and I went mid range. Furthermore he not only fitted the new battery but also spent some time resetting the system for me, which was appreciated.

Simon was very helpful and pointed out everything that needed to be done would recommend to everybody looking at getting a vehicle health check or looking at buying a new car to get a check done
