Simon was friendly and polite, obviously knew what he was talking about and explained it clearly to me. He gave his opinion on how to go forward and advised on other motor related issues. The only reason I gave 4 for punctuality was that originally I was told 14.00 to 16.00, but Simon was unable to get to me until 16.10, but he did keep me informed.

Simon was fantastic, he was honest and straight up. Gave me everything I needed and more.

The mechanic was excellent. He communicated well, areived on time and carried out the tests on the car just as I needed.
