The work was of an acceptable standard, and within the legal framework.

The cost was acceptable although on the higher scale. There is still a few issues outstanding, which hasn’t been rectified yet.

Work not carried out, but have been charged. Exact problem still exists. Car was clean when picked up and came back filthy, as though it had been driven offroad. Ajay has promised to come on several occasions to rectify but is now not answering my calls. I want a full refund ASAP as this is simply unacceptable.
