AJ seems like a sound lad, and seems to know his stuff. Am sure he is a decent guy but his communication with customer is poor on occasions, maybe this is something he could improve on. Happy with the work that was carried out however communication wasn’t good. I was under the impression that the work was going to be completed at home and a driver came to take the vehicle away. The garage was miles away, Huddersfield and I am in Manchester. Wasn’t too happy with this as no break pad and it was metal on metal however they said if it causes damage they will pay. The part I am not happy with was the fuel. This used around £10 petrol and I choose this service to get completed at home. If I was going to take it to a garage it wouldn’t be in Huddersfield. The driver said I would be reimbursed however on drop off he said speak to the mechanic and he said no refunds for fuel. It’s only £10 but not sure why I should be out of pocket. Read more
