He was friendly and did a good job. He called me before sending a tow van. He saved me the from the hassle of going to the mechanic shop...he towed the car and brought it back in time - in less than two hours.

Callum was very good - he rang beforehand to arrange a convenient time and arrived exactly at the agreed time. He talked me through what had to be done and then carried out the BMW 520d starter motor replacement outside my residence. The new motor was a Bosch manufacture which pleased me and the job was completed in 1 hour. A very good service - thank you! MB

Marcel does what he says on the tin. Turned up on time . Communication was good before and even gave me a call just to confirm something I had messaged him about . Done my discs and pads at a time to suit me and at a reasonable price. No complaints . Would use again.

I can't thank Ruben enough for popping over to see us last night. he was running a bit late but phoned in advance to let us know, so not a problem at all. I had also stipulated that i was only available after 4pm, so any time that evening would have been fine. I was actually on a fact finding mission, rather than actually seeking a resolution. Ruben spent a very long time with the car and bought a couple of points to my attention, which i will be following up in due course. Most importantly he has put my mind at rest that the car is serviceable and i can use it for the next week, at which point it will be booked into a garage for further investigations.
