My mechanic was absolutely outstanding in every sense he diagnosed the problem straight away and got the work carried out as soon as my part came in he was very friendly knowledgeable and kept me up to date every step of the way

Ashley was excellent, as he communictaed well, found the replacement part for an old car, travelled to fetch it, and then did the repair promptly. In this case the effort was particularly appreciated, because the car was needed.

Looks like a very good job. Very polite however I booked a 0800-1000 time slot but the car was not collected until after 11. I got the car back at about 2:45pm
