Karvaan was very thorough, He could not fix the car at my house, but diagnosed the issue - that was an electrical fault - no fuel being delivered to the engine. Various probable causes sol investigation work was recommended.

I recently used this mechanic and had a mixed experience. The main issue with my car was successfully fixed, and it’s been running well since, which I really appreciate. Communication throughout the process was good—they kept me informed about delays and updates, which made things easier. However, the repair took significantly longer than initially expected, and the final price increased due to the extra time needed, which was a bit frustrating. There was also a delay when it came to collecting my car, as the mechanic arrived later than planned. Overall, the quality of the work was solid, but the timing and cost could have been handled better.

Once I booked the pre-purchase inspection report, I found the whole process punctual and efficient. Paul, the mechanic was very friendly, he called me to discuss the car and any concerns as I had already viewed it. The inspection was carried out within 48 hrs, Paul called me afterwards to summarise his findings which were very thorough. He's clearly been in the trade for a very long time, knows his stuff and would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a pre-purchase inspection.

HI JARRAD WAS BRILL APART FROM TRAFFIC JAMS WAS ON TIME KEPT ME INFORMED OF DELAYS NO PROB FOUND THAT A FEW PARTS FITTED WERE NOT FITTED CORRECTLY .. FIXED AS FOUND ...NEEDS LEAK OFF TEST BOOKED FOR NEXT WEEK BUT VERY SATISFIED SO FAR . I HAVE HAD TO HAVE OTHERS TO LOOK AT IT AND HE IS SO FAR THE BEST YET EXPLAINING THINGS AS WE WENT ALONG .... UP TO NOW I HAVE BEEN USING 20TH CENTURY LOGIC ON 21 ST CENTURY TEC. NOT A GOOD COMBINATION HA HA WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS [ OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER HA HA ] JOHN M.
