Terrible service, do not waste your money! I booked a diagnostic through ClickMechanic for an overheating problem. The mechanic was only here for 5-10 minutes, plugged in his machine, told me that it was the thermostat and rushed off to his next job. He later phoned me to say that it was in fact the water pump and that I should just trust his £1100 diagnosis based on his experience and good reviews. The fact he didn't even wait around to see the problem for himself was nothing in his eyes, nor was the fact he completely changed his diagnosis! Seriously do not waste your money, as soon as you give your payment card details you have zero control, compared to usual garage services where you pay when your work has been completed and you are happy with it. I'm now having to start a claim via my credit card based on consumer rights. This platform is 100% biased for the mechanics and not at all for the paying customers! Never again.
