Not happy with your service the mechanic turned up on time but from the start seemed to be in a rush only used a little bit of a can of dpf cleaner then proceeded to do a forced re gen he says he took the car for a test drive to test which is un true because the car never moved more than 20feet as seen on my security cameras as I have had this type of service before I know it takes a lot longer to carry out the work than 20 minutes I would like a full refund look forward to hearing from you.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service.
I wanted to clarify that while a DPF chemical clean is a highly effective maintenance procedure, it isn't a guaranteed fix for all DPF issues. If there is an underlying mechanical fault
-such as a cracked DPF core—a chemical clean unfortunately cannot resolve the problem.
Regarding the time on-site, I was there for significantly longer than 20 minutes, which is fully documented by my time-stamped job photos. During that time, I applied a full can of the specialized cleaner and carried out the complete regeneration process.
If you are still experiencing issues, it likely points to a deeper mechanical fault that requires further investigation.
