Henry was on time, friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Im happy with both of the times that I've used him. Didnt pressure me into booking the work that needed to be done after the initial diagnostic check and was honest, so I didn't feel rushed into getting the car fixed-which I did anyway.

Henry, arrived on time, worked in a very systematic way, everything was clean and tidy. He had an excellent array of tools. He was friendly and kept me well informed.
