Henry was great. Turned up on time and was polite, friendly and got on with the job. Really quick service - MOT failed for brakes on Sunday afternoon, Henry out first thing Monday morning and retest done by 5pm Monday evening. Quick and easy.

I had an issue with my car running out of battery/not starting. Henry was really helpful diagnosing and signposted me back to the garage that fitted my battery to get it replaced under warranty. He also got it started for me and followed me to the garage in his van as I was worried about stalling and getting stranded which I really appreciated!

Henry was punctual and as polite as always.

Advised that some of the work I thought actually didn’t need doing right now.

2nd time I’ve used Henry and wouldn’t use anyone else.

On the day of the car inspection, the weather was bad, the appointment was short notice/ later in the day and the car was located in an awkward place, but Henry went out of his way to do the job without any fuss and immediately contacted me afterwards to discuss his findings.
