BMW 5 Series Handbrake Inspection

I believe I was overcharged, as the fee was fixed regardless of how quickly the mechanic completed the work. The job itself was finished in under half an hour, yet I was still charged £90. The quote I initially received appeared to be higher than average, and despite my attempts to discuss it, negotiation was not possible. The communication style consistently emphasized urgency and pressured me to proceed immediately, which reinforced the inflated pricing. Ultimately, I did not accept the original quote and had the same work completed elsewhere for roughly half the price. This experience makes me feel that the platform is structured to encourage customers to commit under pressure at higher-than-average rates.

Thanks for your kind review, my previous reviews completely show the quality of service and professional service all of my customers received, I arrived on time, I communicated everything with you clearly, I also informed you that you shouldn't of been driving your car for almost a year without a valid mot as it would invalidate your insurance in the case of a accident, with regards to being overcharged, that's a myth that doesn't exist, you was told the diagnostic inspection price prior to booking and a guided time was advised, however i was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and efficiently so no point in me spending time doing nothing just to make the you feel happy, I quoted for the work as a automatic quote and as a mobile service, I understand that sometimes the work will be cheaper if done by a garage where you have to drop the car and collect it and work carried out by a un experienced apprentice,
I never have and never will pressure any of my customers to have any work done, all I done was text you saying that the Friday timeslot had gone and it would now be Saturday if you wanted to proceed,
I'm happy that you got the car done and hopefully moted and now safe to put your son in without endangering anyone's life,
