Arrived on time and was very quick to diagnose the issue with my car, Very friendly and polite I would recommend him to anyone :)

Jack was able to diagnose the problem with the car and explain why it was causing other faults. I have since had the car repaired based on Jack’s expert diagnosis and the car is running fine again. Shall use Jack’s services again.

Jack was great, did all that was agreed, talked me through it all, and let me know he saw a couple of other things that might need work in future.

Jack was friendly but he did not have the appropriate parts or tools for the job when he first arrived. Job was only finnished at the third attempt, two days later. He needs more experience is choosing what jobs to take.

Jack was great, he was punctual and communicated everything excellently to a point where I understood easily. He was happy to answer any questions I had, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout- the work was carried out in a reasonable time and so I was very happy with the experience overall.

Jack was really nice this was my first time using this service so I was a bit apprehensive with all the scams out there but was a good service times changed a couple of times but when I said I wasn’t happy about it managed to get it done first thing so gota say jack when out his way to make sure it was done I’m very happy with the service an would use again

Jack is a friendly and knowledgeable, although the job turned out to be alot bigger than expected he still had a look to see, if he can do it on the spot at workplace car park, but no luck there.

Jack was very friendly and carried out the inspection quickly. He spent the time to explain the issue with the car and talked over the options for fixing the diagnosed problem.
Although Jack was very punctual on the day of the inspection, he did have to cancel the first appointment (hence the 4 stars).
Overall very good service.
