Mechanic didn't stick to the original time booked, didn't bother communicating until I messaged and called him. He was running late, but didn't bother letting me know, he then said he was going to show up at a different time, didn't stick to that either. I messaged again, he showed up late again. I had to stay in pretty much all afternoon for him to come out and do the job. Both mechanics were quick doing the work, explained what they did, what else needed doing. Informative and friendly, however not punctual, which us frustrating.

Jack and I sorted out a change in arrangements and I am pleased to say all went well and I am very please with the outcome of my first use of ClickMechanic.

I will probably try to use the system again for my next car Service in November.

This was rescheduled as he previously said his own vehicle had broken down, and i was not contacted to be informed of this until i chased him last week. Attended today 5 days later diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes by listening to the engine.

I lost half days salary due to this (being self employed and rearranging schedule meetings is not good)

Jack and the other gentleman were very quick, very informative and very professional. Would use again.
