Jack was really friendly and checked my car over as requested. Unfortunately I was expecting him between 8.00am and 10.00 and he was not here until 11.45. He’d tried to call me after 10 to say he was delayed but would have appreciated a call way before that. Ended up sitting waiting which was frustrating when I had things to do. However really friendly and I felt very confident my car was in safe hands did not feel ripped off in any way. It was unfortunate his previous job ran over so much and I was not messaged.

Excellent knowledge help me get my car sorted. Very happy with Jack. Told me hiw to get my car back on the road and what I shouldn't do.
