Jack was friendly helpful and gave easy to understand information and advice.

Jack called me to tell me that he would be 45 minutes later than the time frame, but this was not a problem. He then arrived exactly at the time he had said. Not only did he replace the alternator but he identified a problem with leaking coolant, and topped up the coolant reservoir so that I could get it to my garage. I am very satisfied with his work, and on top of that he was friendly, and straightforward.

Jack was very good. Couldn’t fix in situ but gave a good diagnosis of what the problem was.

The work was carried out efficiently. My partner was at home and dealt with the mechanic but she said he was very nice.

Good job very helpful and identified the problem quickly and shared plenty of information on what was wrong with the vehicle.
