Came out to find out why I was having to top up oil frequently. Whilst unable to actually see a leak as it was internal, by a process of elimination, was able to state what the fault was and what needed to be done. Took the time to explain to me the possible causes and why all but one of these could be eliminated. Excellent, could now get the vehicle booked in for the fix to be applied.
