Jack was great. He was friendly, honest and very thorough when checking my car over and explaining clearly what was wrong with it.

He literally told us what I had reported - gearbox failure. I needed some information as to how bad the problem was - anything more than telling me what I already told you - and cost me £109! So tbh it was a complete waste of money

Jack was great. The booking process was really convenient and he carried out the works and was able to advise on potential upcoming works so I can plan ahead which is appreciated. Would certainly contact Jack again for mobile vehicle repairs.
