Friendly and knowledgeable. Fiund the fault to be a loose connection rather than a new starter motor. Fixed it in no time. Only charged for labour even though he had brought a new starter with him. Very happy customer.

Jack was nice, just sadly unable to fix the issue he came out to fix. I need my air conditioning system fixing and he wasn’t an air conditioning specialist so didn’t have the equipment needed. He did check the car over as he wasn’t able to do what was asked.

At first he came late and after coming he opened the bonnet of car and told me to shake the gear nothing scanning nothing at all just checked my car as 80’s style and then he told me there wrong with the gearbox it need to be taken out and send me the £1650 quotes and still saying there just 80% chance of fix but I took it to Gloucester road gearbox it was just the normal problem with the sensors so, they fixed it in just £235 so, I feel like I was totally going to be scammed and if it’s possible then I’ll be happy to get my diagnose money back which the mechanic has done nothing.
