Major service & MOT, plus some other work I had requested. Communication waw spot on & I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I chose this mechanic based on the positive reviews I read. Sadly, I experienced a completely different service.
- Failure to Provide Mobile Service. The mechanic arrived without equipment for the booked mobile service. Instead, he demanded my car keys in an unprofessional and intimidating manner, which I found highly inappropriate. I mentioned that I had booked a mobile service but he dismissively stated that he had "decided otherwise," without consulting me or providing prior notice of this change.
- New Vehicle Issues Post-Service: After the service, the car has not driven or sounded the same, exhibited a louder engine, a metal-on-metal like noise, and significantly reduced MPG, none of which were present before.
- Dismissive Response to Concerns: The mechanic kept dismissing the new issues and kept implying in various ways that they were a pigment of my imagination (not a quote). Nevertheless, they took the car in to re-inspect but denied that the issues are present.
- Questionable 70 point service check. The service report does not accurately show the state of the car. The report states that the air conditioning operation is checked and no issue where found. However, the car's air con does not actually work. There is a leak in the condenser and the car was inspected by an air con specialist end of August 2025.
- Overall pour customer service and unprofessional behaviour towards me. The mechanic was disrespectful, dismissive and intimidating. Read more
