Zack was friendly and helpful. He was honest regarding time frames and was a pleasure to deal with. We were left with a courtesy car, which was really great. Ash, who dropped the car back, was super smiley and lovely to chat with. I would highly recommend these lovely mechanics and we would definitely use them again. Amazing value for money and a super easy service to use.

He arrived on time, took my car for the mot, it failed but they soon fixed the problem and returned the car with a full ticket, thank you.

Zack was really polite and professional. A great mechanic who helped me at short notice. Definitely recommend him to anyone. Definitely feel more confident going with smaller garages than the bigger ones in the future.

Zak was very friendly and let me know when to expect my van once he was finished. Had my timing belt and water pump replaced and all seems to be working great. Would recommend!

The car was picked up on time and returned on time, every thing looks good and is running ok. It is difficult to comment much further as the work was done inside the engine and is not seen. I will be happy if it runs another 10 years. This service is new to me, but one I'm happy to use again.

The mechanic was very unpolite and rude and not happy at all with the work they done. Firstly my car is a Toyota Rav4 and my key from the car is smart key. My car was broken down on the street, i booked DNA Autocar LTD to come out and recover my car in the service. They send me a photo with the problem after they said the main power connection to the strarter motor is broken and they think that caused the smoke when I tried to strart the car. A new one cost me 415.47£ for part and labour. After all this when I went to collect my car, my car was not detecting the key and my left part of window is not working properly. So I bring back my car on service and asked them why my car is not detecting my smart key as before was working and my window as well. They said I need to change the battery in both smart keys. I bought 2 new batteries which was 20£ but the keys still didn't work. After they said the chip in the both smart key are damaged but my second smart key never been used so how can be damaged? From my front windows they said due to dirty runners they reached the top then back down just after I cleaned is still not working. I made a complain on google at there website and this is the answer I get from them: "We advised you of what the problem is but you believe that whilst we were fixing your engine we sabotage your windows and key. We have asked that you stop contacting us"
how come they write to the customers not to contact them anymore? That is really rude and not right.If you don't look into it i will complain forward to thre Motor Ombudsman. Read more
