Zak rang me the night before to check everything was ok for the next day came and picked the car up rang me when he had done the job. Had to inform me of other things he found wrong sorted out the cost and even got the work done the next day very good would use again 5 stars

Zak, was very professional was caring about the neighbours when taking my car and leaving his own was very knowledgeable, there was an additional fault which was advised whether I wanted to go ahead with before actioning.Will definitely use again

Zak arrived within the time window agreed, completed the service and MOT, replaced the back wiper as requested and dealt with a minor issue picked up on the MOT then returned my car.
A little more communication would have been nice, but I am happy with the job and have no hesitation in recommending Zak and ClickMechanic.
So much easier to have the car picked up and returned than dealing with all the hassle of getting home from and back to a garage after dropping off.

Zak from DNA kept me informed from the day the car was picked up until the day I picked it up. Excellent service from the garage and excellent workmanship the car feels so much better than it did. Clearly very knowledgable and didn’t flinch at my Range Rover like a lot of garages do.

Car was picked up during stated timeframe from clickmechanic, the person taking the car back to the garage was friendly and informed of the rear shock absorber replacement. My car was returned a few hour's later with the work completed. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely use again.

Zack was great but van had gone beyond were it was economical to repair thank for help
