Living a long distance from the vehicle being inspected meant I wasn’t able to attend but he ensured everything was arranged onsite with all parties. The inspection was extremely thorough and he went above and beyond checking additional bits I requested. Excellent and informative phone call with his findings post inspection which was extremely useful. Would recommend him to absolutely anybody.

We worked easily through all issues identified in his report on this older car. especially re keys, blades and central locking, suspension and my reluctant downsizing to smaller engines despite living in the highest mountains. His communication beforehand was great and he explained in some detail what was right for me for a truck inspection. He was punctual to the dealers, and incredibly thorough in his inspection, identifying something important that had been overlooked by others, as well as a few smaller details for rectification. At the same time though, he didn't overstate niggles - often a problem with pre-purchase inspections from the big names, where they list every speck of questionable dust to justify the inspection, but as a result put the fear of God into you about whether you should buy or not! William, to the contrary, was clear, calm and straightforward in his advice.
