William was absolutely fantastic when he did a pre-purchase car inspection for me - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His communication beforehand was great and he explained in some detail what was right for me for a truck inspection. He was punctual to the dealers, and incredibly thorough in his inspection, identifying something important that had been overlooked by others, as well as a few smaller details for rectification. At the same time though, he didn't overstate niggles - often a problem with pre-purchase inspections from the big names, where they list every speck of questionable dust to justify the inspection, but as a result put the fear of God into you about whether you should buy or not! William, to the contrary, was clear, calm and straightforward in his advice.
