Really awesome - kept me totally updated on arrival times, was totally honest and fair priced with the work to get the car through the MOT, did a brilliant job and got it all done inside 3 hours! Also as a woman hiring a mechanic he didn't try to make me feel small or stupid - in fact he asked me about how she runs/any ongoing issues/etc which was both refreshing and a relief!
