They were punctual polite and friendly...Norman was always available answered the phone every time...the only negative was the distance and a £70 recovery charge...if it wasn't for the distance l would use them again..not the cheapest...but quality costs!!

The only thing I would say it that I thought I had booked for the work to be completed at my address rather than have the car taken to a garage.
The garage was 10 miles away from my address and it would have been better if the garage (if necessary for the type of work) was closer as this added to the time it took for the job to be completed. That does not in away way detract from the professionalism of the mechanic or the quality of the work.

Noman could not work on the day I'd selected due to a personal issue. Was a bit concerned having never used clickmechanic.com before, but we rearranged it to the following day and the job was completed. Good communication, friendly pick up and happy with the work carried out. Would recommend and use again.

Noman was very quick in completing the work. There was nothing to worry about during the completion and he returned my car in good order.

Norman was really helpful, I was able to get my car booked in very fast. The engineers were very accommodating and worked around me. I booked my car for MOT and a full service, faults were found and within 2 days everything was repaired and MOT passed.
I was really stressed about my car defects and this service has left me really relieved and stress free.

Had a late appointment and took under 2.5 hours.
