Simon was fantastic. He communicated to confirm timings so we knew exactly when he'd arrive. He was incredibly friendly, quick to test and diagnose the issue, and clear with next steps. 10 out of 10 and would 100% recommend.

He was good quick at his work explained everything he had done answered all My questions and the car seems better even after a short test drive

Although there had been confusion regarding whether or not the car was actually booked in for interim service, once it was confirmed the car was collected and returned promptly and the service report sent by email. It would have been helpful had I been told this though as I had assumed that there was no information about what had been checked.

Andrew, was brilliant. Wheel nut was seized and required specialist to remove. Once this was done, we quickly rescheduled and timing belt/water pump were replaced. Job done! Thanks buddy.
