Communication not satisfactory. I should have been given the results of the full service BEFORE the MOT inspection so that I could authorize remedial ACTION so that it would pass first time. Instead I was told that it had failed the MOT and had to ask why.

Really punctual and efficient. Our mechanic was from V R Autos and was thorough in the checks he did on the vehicle. He showed us the parts that he changed and gave us a run down of a couple of things that need attention. Excellent service. Will definitely be using them again. You know the price you're paying and really reasonable
