I cannot fault the mechanic that came to me to fix my clutch. He arrived before the due time., was polite and had everything he needed.Unfortunately he could not fix it on the day (my fault, I had not ordered the right kit). It was not a problem . Another date was set to come back and repair. Good communication and understanding.

The workmanship & customer service has all been good.
Perry explained what he was doing & showed me the parts he was fitting.
I cannot fault Perry or Ben's customer service or click mechanics either.
Unfortunately my car was not 100% repaired this was my own doing thinking I had sourced the correct thermostat housing,
My engineer son even made a aliminium spout that was capped off on what I thought was identical to the OEM plastic . Unfortunately It was not.
It was upside down on one end for oil cooler .
My mistake was not known untill cambelt & covers was exposed and fitted was it realised the additional spout son manufacture fould the cogs on the cambelt pully.
Having already had 2 replacement plastic parts fitted & fail.
I wanted a metal housing,
Which i had researched into, all the plastic ones available had shocking fail feedbacks with not upto the job. Read more

First time using Click Mechanic so was a bit apprehensive, but didn’t need to be kept informed throughout the process off waiting for the part all in all 1 week for from start to finish. Very happy with service and our mechanic will definitely use again.

Yeah he was fast and quick and came earlier than expected came around at 09:50 witch is 30 minutes early than I classed for also good mechanic 👍🏻

Ben was great. Came, sorted it and went without fuss. Hugely knowledgeable and explained to me what was happening.

Perry was great, came early, smashed the work out on the drive much quicker and cheaper than I was quoted at the mechanics. Would definitely use the service again. Top Job!
