Got called the day before just to confirm the time which was great, Jamin was on time and done a great job, didn’t take him long either. Will deffo be using him again 10/10!

The mechanic did not come on time. He was very late. He did not communicate and his phone was on voice mail most of the time. The clickmechanic portal clearly said that the payment will be collected once the service has been offered but as soon as I added my bank account details on the portal, the payment was collected immediately from my bank account before the service was offered. The payment was collected at about 10:00am when service was due to be delivered at between 2-3pm. I was very frustrated and disappointed at such level of unprofessionalism by clickmechanic.

Jamie was great and really helpful got my car booked in quick and dropped it back off a day earlier so I could get to work easier. When I got it back the car still don’t feel right so he send a mechanic out that day and he sorted it out straight away. Always the cheapest quote I got from anyone.

Ben confirmed the arrival time the day before and arrived when expected to collect car for an MOT and service. When the car was returned he explained the advisories and was very friendly. Would happily book with Ben again.
