A very high standard of work. Everything was explained to me . He had a great knowledge of my model of car and gave a full report of it's condition and anything that may be an issue in the future. I would definitely ask for him again.

Bob was excellent. Work completed on time and very satisfactory I was given a few things to look out for whilst engine settled down after cam belt and water pump fitted. All round very good service and will recommend to other family members and friends

Absolutely fantastic, I could have done the job myself but my head wasn't in the right place. So it took a load off my mind that I didn't need right now. But amazing service, van is driving great now. Would definitely use again

The mechanic did not come on time. He was very late. He did not communicate and his phone was on voice mail most of the time. The clickmechanic portal clearly said that the payment will be collected once the service has been offered but as soon as I added my bank account details on the portal, the payment was collected immediately from my bank account before the service was offered. The payment was collected at about 10:00am when service was due to be delivered at between 2-3pm. I was very frustrated and disappointed at such level of unprofessionalism by clickmechanic.
