first time I've used a mobile mechanic. They arrived well within the time scales promised and I got a phone call (which I missed alas) just when I was starting to wonder (so just about 1/3 way through the 2 hour slot) to say he was outside. The work was done quickly and tidily and there was no sign on the roadside that anyone had been. He even pumped up a squishy tire for me!
I noticed on other reviews that the mechanic sent hadn't been a native english speaker. Thank goodness we mostly have Mr. Google to translate these days. Momero (?) was very friendly and let me practice my horrible spanish and Vic was available on the phone for any questions and answered the phone promptly when I called to thank him.

Vic was wonderful. Communicated clearly his arrival time. Gave my car a through check and completed the job efficiently and timely. Would recommend him to everyone.

Victor kept us informed when waiting for the part. He was very efficient and very thankful to be back in the road!

A wonderful, efficient job. The timing belt replacement on my Peugeot was no small task requiring the dissasembly of many engine elements just to access it in the first place. But this was performed cleanly and efficiently even in the middle of a heatwave. I hope it was at least cool underneath the vehicle.

Whilst the work done appears ok, the mechanic that came was not Victor. He phoned me after the mechanic had arrived to ask me to let him work on the car. It was very concerning as I have no idea who the guy was or what qualifications he has. If I had not been here it would have been very concerning for my wife. Better communication needed and if I book someone with 4.75 out of 5 feedback, that is who should do the job.

Victor was very friendly, was able to provide a great report and help me make the best decision for the car I was viewing.
