the job was requested with only one day notice. So, obviously parts needed to be procured first for the next day job. Victor did communicate right in the morning when the parts are ready for pick up from the store and when he will arrive which was 1 hour later than originally advised by clickMechanic. Not his fault and not a problem at all for me.
The job was carried out quickly and in satisfaction. He explained well and showed evidence. No hesitation to book Victor again.

Victor was fantastic. He was quick and careful to perform my interim service and spark plug replacement. The price was superb, took pictures to evidence the work and was very friendly. I would 100% recommend him.

Despite booking the work well in advance they texted me the night before the work was due to be carried out saying they couldn't get the parts required. I was then advised they would turn up after 4pm with the correct parts. Totally surprised when the then turned up at 12noon. Even more surprised when they tried to replace the window washer water bottle when they had been contracted to replace both front discs and brake pads. After quick chat with their boss Victor who appeared to be annoyed with me for pointing out their error they left.
