Dan was very professional, arrived early, not a problem.
He has diagnosed the possible problem, we need to order replacement part which will take a few days. I had the option to fit the part myself, but prefer him do so to make sure all is OK.
I have had new appointment within a good time frame, so I'm happy with that.
