Dan was great was a little bit late but contacted me to let me know, completed the work I needed would use this service again and recommended other too.

Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained that he is a trained BMW / Mini specialist hence why the job was allocated to him. He and his assistant undertook the brake replacement work very quickly, reset the diagnostics and updated the online service records too.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB. KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOINING. HE WAS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY SOCIABVLE.

Dan was great, good communication and finished the job quickly. Explained exactly what he had done and kept me up to date, friendly through out, would highly recommend.

My problem has still not been resolved, my offside rear abs sensor was replaced, but my abs warning light is still on! Dan said he would come back and sort it but hasn’t returned.

Dan was friendly and approachable. He diagnosed the problem to be a smaller job than I had booked so I had quite a large refund. I would definitely recommend him and click mechanic.

Dan was the man 5 star's, very friendly, new what he was doing, plugged in his computer and told me what the problem was,
