Dan was friendly and knowledgeable. Had a bit chat initially and the repair was done with no problem at all. Took the time to explain what he had done before leaving. Only thing was that my appointment was booked for between 10 & 12, and arrival was 16:45. Dan had kept me updated that his earlier job was going to run over considerably, but it did mean that I had to stay in all day.

Dan was very friendly and immediately identified the issue and provided a clear timescale for it to be resolved within. The work was done really quickly and to a high standard.
