Very friendly and turned up prepared for the job at hand. This was my first time using the service and it was a big relief from the moment he arrived. This was a diagnostic, and he figured out the cause and fix for my problem very quickly (and what caused it without me telling him, so I have a handy tip for the future!).

Dan was very good good at what he done considering he was travelling in the bad snow he wasn’t vey late and he got the part that we needed the next day and came back the next day and fixed it
