Very happy with the work carried out and a clean car unexpected. No more rumbloing sound when clutch slightly depressed so guess the release bearing was dry but decided to get the complete clutch replaced as coming up to the 100k mile mark.

Griffin unknown to me planned to pick my van up a day earlier than planned, which i only found out after texting him that my house was hard to find. I changed my plans to fit round this. However on the day my vehicle was due to be returned I was informed that there was an extra £420 to pay. Advice to Griffin, let customers know the price of extra work before doing it. Would it use clickmechanic again? Not sure

Car was collected when arranged and delivered back about 6 hours later but I’m really not happy with the condition my car was brought back, it had oil stains and dirty handprints across the front of the bonnet and all down the side of the front bumper and wing and my passenger seat which is alcantara had a big oily hand print on it which has now stained after having to go and get my car cleaned… not happy!
