24 hours from picking up to dropping off. Very pleased as the job was a difficult
6 1/2 hour job. So pleased to get the car back the day after, considering it was weekend. Driven 200 miles since repair and car feels perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Impressed that the mechanic (Griffen?) took on the work on a Bank Holiday. He was punctual and polite and, as far as I can tell, the new clutch seems to have improved the overall performance of my car. I particularly liked the fact that the car was collected and returned to my residence which is far better than hanging around some garage for hours.

Griffin at T&G Auto Services accepted my job - collect and repair non-starting Audi TT, service and MOT. Called within the hour from accepting the job to arrange collection next morning. Very pleasant recovery driver collected car. Received a call just after lunch to say car serviced and MOT’d. The car was driven back to me early the same evening. So approximately 24 hours from accepting the job to returning the vehicle.
Very happy to recommend Griffin and the crew at T&G Auto Services Hereford.

Renault Megane Clutch replacement

My car was imobile with a faulty clutch. Griffin arranged to recover my car to his workshop and fit a new clutch during the weekend and return the car to me Monday morning. Griffin seemed knowledgeable and experienced in fitting clutches to cars and I was pleased to get my car back promptly Monday morning. Unfortunately there is still an issue with the correct operation of the clutch and I am disappointed as having paid extra for priority recovery and fitting I expected the new clutch operation to be spot on without any issues.

Griffin was very good. A shaky start as wrong part sent to him but he soon sorted and fixed it for us. A few days extra off the road for us but fixed and on our way. Thankyou for fixing the clutch.
