No - I asked for a diagnostic on issues with my clutch. Mechanic just told me I needed a new clutch and gave me a price. When I booked privately to get the work done an obvious error with the starter motor was identified which your mechanic missed - drastically changing the scope of the work needed.
Felt that I got no value out of the diagnostic and would like this to be refunded.

Hi Gabriel Alecu,
Thank you for your feedback.
I’d like to clarify the situation. I was assigned the job because your car wasn’t starting, and I arrived at the scheduled time and date. Upon inspection, the first thing I checked was the battery. I attempted to jump-start the car, but unfortunately, it still didn’t start.
Based on that, I suggested that the battery is most likely dead and should be replaced. Once the battery is replaced and the car starts, I will be able to further diagnose if there are any additional issues. Without the car starting, it's not possible to identify other potential faults.
