Thank you for your feedback.
I’d like to clarify the situation. I was assigned the job because your car wasn’t starting, and I arrived at the scheduled time and date. Upon inspection, the first thing I checked was the battery. I attempted to jump-start the car, but unfortunately, it still didn’t start.
Based on that, I suggested that the battery is most likely dead and should be replaced. Once the battery is replaced and the car starts, I will be able to further diagnose if there are any additional issues. Without the car starting, it's not possible to identify other potential faults.

If he discovers any issue, he will notify me immediately before taking any action. After fixing, he let me test drive my vehicle and waited for me until I finished the test drive.
