The mechanic was fine, but this service costs £60 for ten minutes, and I didn't receive a report or a solution—all he said was to call the garage.

The communication was poor, no phone call to say he was going to do the works earlier than scheduled and didn’t even call me after to let me know how it went. I had to find a way to contact him as I didn’t have his number an was too stressful. I hope next time I have a mechanic that communicates and let’s me know if they are going to arrive early etc

He called and said he could come earlier so that was great. He did what he did quickly. Unfortunately I still have the warning light on. Sent a message asking if it was the sensor. All I got back was the computer needs to be reset. Me thinking as I have work done before they have always reset it without me saying a word about it. As I thought this is part of the job but no apparently I didn’t ask for it to be reset. So now I have to find out how to reset it myself or pay someone to do it. The point of having them come to you is for convenience but now I have the inconvenience of getting this sorted
