James arrived at my home as Avery pleasant young lad he soon found a fault in fuse box fixed it but car still not start things went down hill he said another problem removed part after 1week and trying to contact James phone and tex did not get in touch so contacted click told situation I think James panicked it was ABIT above him still not sorted and not very happy alan

James was great. Let me know when he was arriving, really professional and had the timing belt and water pump changed before I knew it. Really good communicator, kept all the old bits after too, to show me what he'd done and how they'd worn, which was really interesting, informative and reassuring. Amazing service + a top fella to boot.

James was spot on explained chatted was attentive kept me informed all day about arrival etc was a pleasure to have him look at my car

Was ok turned up, didn't think it was the starter motor but replaced it anyway without testing to see if the old one worked. Fitted new one obviously car still didn't start. Told me probably a leaking injector had caused wiring issues and needed full new wiring harness. I didn't it was just a faulty earth cable from the battery. Domestic electrician diagnosed the fault simple fix cost about £10. Nice guy but didn't spot the fault told me my car was 'FUBAR' but it's running after a very simple fix. AA didn't spot it either they diagnosed it as a faulty starter motor. Waste of money really.

James was polite and very competent. He arrived within his timeframe and carried out a cambelt and water pump replacement.

The worst mechanic experience ever. The Mechanic was rude , unprofessional and dishonest.
I am about to take him to the court to get my rights back.

James was a absolutely amazing to deal with, explained every detail that was of concern including possibilities with completing the job. Gave time to decide based on the extensive work required, and gave options. Would highly recommend click mechanic and James.

Brilliant job. Didn't mind me stood chatting to him. Talked me through what he was doing etc. Showed me the parts he took off. Answered any questions I had. Great lad.
