James was excellent, the pre purchase assessment was booked within 2 days, it was to inspect a car I was about to purchase. After the assessment he gave me a call and detailed the areas that needed sorting on the car. The issues were minor but would easily have exceeded the cost of the assessment.
The service from James was personable, I was able to ask questions about the car in general, thorough and very prompt.

Jordan was lovely. Figured out what was wrong quickly and immediately sent it to allow me to book for repair. He took the time to explain things to me and honestly such a nice and capable guy.

James was very nice, polite and friendly. When I booked the call I requested a diagnostic check. I am not sure if he did this, but he seemed to be sure the fault was , the car needed new battery for the key. I had batteries and gave him one. I still am not sure whether he has fixed the fault, because it is an intermittent problem. I did mention when I booked the call that after reading the Meriva manual it appeared to be likely that there was a fault with the immobiliser.
I did pay £81 for the diagnostic check - was it done? Thanks Diane Knox.
