I had booked in a full service for tetenda with crestwood group ltd for 18:00 at my workplace. This is where two guys arrived at 18:17 and claimed to do a full service in 20 minutes that they were here. So I was concerned that it was this quick so I queried it and asked for a breakdown for everything that they did where I was given hardly any details. And they refused to give me deep details on what they actually did. So I compared what they said they had done to the click mechanics and it seems that not everything was complete. But they were only 20 minutes to do a full service. When I questioned about how little time it took, I was told that they were two experienced mechanics and they know what they are looking for and therefore can do it faster.
