I have to give Jack 5 stars. He was transparent and honest from the get go. A hiccup with what should've been a simple job, Jack didn't give up and got to the bottom of it. Finally getting the car back to me. Every mechanic should strive to be like Jack and FTS Automotive. Friendly, professional and went above and beyond.

Jack was punctual (even messaged to us if he could arrive early due to a cancellation), advised that what the issue I thought was a problem was actually something else and asked if I'd rather do his his suggestion. Can't fault Jack and I'll definitely use him again.
