New clutch was fitted. Communication and confirmation was done in good time before the booking so I knew what to expect in terms of service and what may effect the final price. Richard went out of his way to pick the car up in the evening due to my working hours, car was fixed and returned the next day in the afternoon. No problems at all with the clutch now. A friendly and polite team I would recommend and use again.

Shamshad was a very friiendly engineer and picked up the car as arranged on thursday afternoon. He replaced the clutch and returned the car as promised on the friday morning. After a test drive all seems to be great so I'm very happy with the service.

Dan was brilliant, he managed to get into the car to change the battery despite the breakdown company having told me that there was no way to open the doors. The battery was still the original, and was not easy to get out, but he got it sorted. Sadly the new battery didn’t solve some of the door lock issues but Dan ran some diagnostics, looked at everything and, when he couldn’t fix it on the day, he said he’d be in touch in a couple of days once he’d worked out the problem and come back to try and sort it. I only gave 4 stars for punctuality because Dan was having a seriously crazy day and didn’t get to me in the time slot originally booked BUT he kept me informed about delays, he was happy to wait for me if he’d arrived when I had to take a quick trip the my kid’s school, and he was done and gone in time for the school run which was my only real issue. I’d definitely use Dan again, and not just for the other work I need doing right now.

Jordan was lovely. Figured out what was wrong quickly and immediately sent it to allow me to book for repair. He took the time to explain things to me and honestly such a nice and capable guy.

I read the excellent reviews about Rick and they were true. Good communication, great service and excellent value for money. It cost me a third of what a dealership and high street garage quoted me. Highly recommended and will be using this service again
