Friendly, but didn’t turn up on time, didn’t stamp book, didn’t turn up the next three pre arranged times to come and stamp the book. Finally got it sorted.

This is the first time we had used this approach and assumed the car would be worked on outside the home BUT the car was taken to a nearby workshop, work completed and car returned all in a timely manner.
