Disappointed. Car was due to go yesterday but left lunchtime today. Had no communication from mechanic and when returned was told my steering was dangerous. Had AA out and he found nothing wrong with my steering wheel. Got charged £30.00 for priority slot fee between 12/13th however car went today 14th so I have my £30.00 back. Would I use this service again NO.

Peter came and collected the van and had it returned finished the next day. All works as it should. Would recommend 👍

Driving home I found the car still had the same problem. Excessive vibrating above 50mph and now the engine light on. I don’t think it was the mechanics fault. It was the mechanic from Green Flag who diagnosed the problem. I’m going to speak to them tomorrow. The lady that picked up my car was delightful.

Mike was terrific. Replaced the part quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond by helping to start the car with jump leads. Extremely knowledgeable and all round great experience.

Mohammed, was good, turned up on time, but communication after the inspection left something to be desired. He did not immediately contact me after the inspection and I had to contact him a number of times to learn how the inspection went. One good point, his inspection showed evidence of a respray job that was done badly, and the garage have agreed to rectify this, so a big thank you to Mohammed for pointing this out. Thank you.
